Site manager - 30 unit new build housing scheme - Rochester - Local Main contractor - £competitive

Your new company
A longstanding Local main contractor focused on new build residential schemes in the Kent & SE London area. Typically working on schemes between 10 - 30 units they now seek an experienced site manager for a new 30 unit scheme in the Medway area. Project is due on site imminently and will be on a permanent basis with further sites to follow

Your new role
As Site manager you will be no.1 on site reporting to a visiting contracts manager, you will have full responsibility for day to day running including, Short term programming, sub-contract management, quality control, health and safety monitoring, client liaison etc. You will manage the scheme from site set up through to completion.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced site manager with a history if delivering new build residential schemes, you will be comfortable building traditional build houses and have overseen projects from groundwork's through to finishing's, you will hold valid first aid, CSCS and SMSTS qualifications and be looking for a permanent role in the Kent/SE area.
