Estate Surveyor, 12 month FTC, £31,000-£37890 doe. Public Sector role. Sites across Yorkshire

With over 100 sites across Yorkshire with a mixture of office space, warehouses and workshops your new role within the company will be varied and challenging in equally exciting measures.

Your new role
You will assist the Head of Property and Projects in the implementation of the Estates Strategy and ensure that all property management matters are conducted correctly and professionally and in accordance with RICS conduct and ethics and trust guidance. You will also be responsible for the management of all estates and property management records including the electronic Estates Terrier. You will be support the management, updating and reporting elements of this, providing reports for a variety of purposes. As well as the previously mentioned responsibilities include day to day property management of the Trust estate including Landlord and Tenant matters, rent reviews, lease renewals, leases, licences, acquisitions and disposals, under the leadership of the post holder.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will need to be able to demonstrate a previous experience in property management as well as mobilising an electronic property management system from inception and keeping it up to date as a useful management tool. Experience working in the healthcare sector is desirable but not essential for this role.

In return you will get a competitive salary of £31,000-£37890 doe as well as 27 days holiday. You will be able to claim mileage with this role or their are pool cars that can be used if preferred.
