Their Scottish Building and Construction Business has recently won some exciting projects over the past few months and our client are positioned for a strong period of growth within their key sectors.


Your new role
Our client have a need for a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join their business and deliver a project across one of their key sectors which could be leisure, education , commercial or residential (BTR) As project manager you will be responsible for the overall delivery of this project reporting to the construction and commercial director. You will manage and positively engage with your site team to deliver exceptional quality of work while ensuring a positive and enduring relationship is built with your client and other external stakeholders.


What you'll need to succeed
Our client seeking candidates who have already worked in a tier 1 or upper tier 2 environment who are fully bought into delivering an exceptional result for your client while adhering to industry leading safety , quality and commercial expectations. You will have had experience already as a Project Manager or Senior Site Manager on projects over £10million and have well developed construction knowledge partnered up with exceptional leadership and influencing ability. You understand that you operate in a commercial environment and that project profitability is important. Clients will talk highly of working with you and want to work with you again as they trust your experience and knowledge.
