Your new company
A national construction build contractor who specialise in the education, leisure and health sectors require a Building Project Manager to join their team due to new tenders that they have secured.

Your new role
Overseeing the construction build of either a new build leisure complex or a full turnkey supermarket project. These projects are £5M - £15M in value and we are ideally seeking individuals who have experience in similar works. This

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a background in the construction build sector being a number 1 on site at either PM or Senior Site Manager level. You will have a track record of completing jobs on time and in budget. Experience of delivering complex projects through the effective motivation of your site team, positive communication with your subcontractor group and other external stakeholders is essential to this role.
