Permanent Estimator role, Nottinghamshire, Civils, Groundworks and Infrastructure. Nottingham Circa £50k

Your new company
Due to continued success in the market my client are seeking an experienced civil engineering Estimator to join their commercial team. The organisation have works in both the private and public sector and have a stronghold in the East Midlands.

Your new role
You will be working be working in the Nottinghamshire based offices, as a specialist Engineering Estimator with a proven track record of experience successfully completing multiple tenders up to a value of £1M. Predominantly the projects will be working with Local Government Authorities on long term frameworks and individual tenders. You will be a key commercial figure preparing PQQs and tender submissions working closely with the Bid team to handover to the operational team. The sectors of work may include; Clean water repairs, River Maintenance, Car Parks, Housing groundwork's, Highways, Footpaths, Drainage and Sewerage.


What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you will have experience as an Estimator working on the above project types, you will also have a full clean driving license. Ideally you will also have a working knowledge of ConQuest.

What you'll get in return
The salary and package on offer will be circa £50k + Package. However this opportunity represents the chance to shape the pre-construction side of a thriving local business.
