Operations Manager - Leicestershire - Glazing/Housing - £25-40K depending on experience


A well known windows/glazing manufacturer based in Leicestershire are looking for an Operations Manager to join their team in order to add value to their current production/site teams as well as work alongside the management team to ensure the smooth running of the business. This company work on a variety of projects including working within the housing industry, the domestic market and supplying to trade.

Ideally they are looking for someone who has a background in management who is looking for a new challenge. If you have a background in the construction/housing/manufacturing/glazing industry this would be hugely advantageous. Your role will involve overseeing both the production and fitting teams - on the premises and out on site; liaising with site agents, contracts managers and construction directors to ensure projects run smoothly; work alongside the in house teams to help with the programming/planning of the fitting of the products as well as get involved with setting targets that drive production within the business.
