Your new company
You will work for a local authority organisation based in Leicestershire, within the corporate property resources team.


Your new role
You will work as an Asset Management Business Partner, and you will lead the development of strategy and plans on behalf of the client departments. You will lead and oversee the management of the assets required to support service areas, as well as driving the strategic management of the property assets. You will provide advice and lead in the development and delivery of the strategic plan as well as advising on property related requests and proposals.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have experience in strategic management of asset and/or construction, as well as MRICS or equivalent. You will have experience in acquisitions and disposals as well as managing external agents and consultants.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a basic salary of £41000 - £46000 depending on experience, as well as extensive holiday allowances, flexible working and the local government pension.
