Permanent opportunity for a senior quantity surveyor with a large consultancy in Manchester.

Your new company
A global multi-disciplinary consultancy that has secured a pipeline of work in the leisure, education and commercial sectors and is now looking to further expand their team in Manchester. Their team has doubled in size in 2020 with further plans for year on year growth over the next 3 years.

Your new role
This is a client facing role where you will add value on daily basis working pre and post contract QS service. Delivering projects including high rise residential, sports stadiums, commercial offices, cultural facilities, town centre redevelopment and hotel / leisure facilities.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this post you will need to be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying with MRICS status. You will be able to demonstrate previous experience working on similar projects in a consultancy setting.

What you'll get in return
Currently you will be working from home. However, this role does offer flexible working arrangement.
Alongside a salary of £45,000 - £55,000 you will receive 25 days annual leave, 8% pension contribution, BUPA healthcare and discretionary bonus dependant on individual and company performance.
