Your new role

• Deliver the services in line with the contract requirements and to the satisfaction of the client and their customers
• Ensure all work allocated is appropriately supervised and executed in accordance with agreed specifications
• Focus on operational gross margins of all work that you are delivering
• Be responsible for the day to day Health & Safety of directly employed staff and Supply Chain Partners
• Successfully manage your immediate team
• Provide clear communication to ensure clarity in all situations and to effectively influence client decision making
• Successfully organise and prioritise needs for stakeholders, delivering on key objectives
• Successfully collaborate and build relationships across the wider teams

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within highways
CSCS, NRSWA and SSSTS/SMSTS
