Your new role
Your new role will be to work as a senior quantity surveyor on a large residential project in Bristol. Your role will be to look after one specific project which includes traditional house building and apartment blocks.
The value of the project is in the region of 20million.
You will report directly to a commercial manager and have two junior QS' reporting in to you

What you'll need to succeed
You must have managed similar projects and accounts of a similar nature. You must have good communication and the ability to tie up operational approach with the commercial approach.
Happy to work independently and in a time.
Ideally a degree qualified surveyor
