Permanent Assistant Site Manager role - East Midlands - 5 star housebuilder -PLC housing developer
Your new company
Your new company is one of the biggest house builders in the UK. The company have sites across the East Midlands and they are currently looking for an experienced Assistant site manager to join their operational team out of the Nottinghamshire regional office.
Your new role
Working on East Midlands based sites you will be reporting to and liaising with Site / Contract manager to ensure projects are completed within deadlines. You will assist with the control of direct labour and subcontractors to ensure work is carried out to the highest of standards. You will be on top of ordering and delivery schedules for materials. You will carry out site meetings with client and contractors and ensure health and safety is followed in line with company policy. You will deal with customer care and ensure that the requisite number of plots are completed to target.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will ideally have significant experience as an Assistant site management of high volume new-build housing sites. You will hold CSCS, SMSTS, Health and Safety qualifications. You will also have a Full UK drivers license. You will have experience of working to tight deadlines and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
