Fire Risk Assessor - Plymouth

Interim opportunity for a Fire Risk Assessor to join an affordable housing provider based in Plymouth

Your new company
You will be joining an award winning provider of affordable housing who are responsible for the maintenance and management of housing in the Plymouth region.

Your new role
As a Fire Risk Assessor (Fire Safety Supervisor), you will help to ensure that all statutory and non-statutory fire safety management duties in regards to legislation & building regulations are met. You will undertake Fire Risk Assessments, inspections and audits across the estate to include residential properties, commercial and retail premises.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this position you will need to have experience and a background in fire safety within residential properties.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive an initial 3 month contract which will allow for 1 / 2 days per week home working, with a large proportion of the remaining time spent undertaking surveys on site. If you are either local to Plymouth or looking to move into the region then there could be a potential to transfer to a permanent position after the interim period.
