Project Manager - Residential - East Anglia - £30-50K (depending on experience)


A well known company who work alongside a large number of housing developers/clients across the UK are looking to add a Project Manager to their team in order to work on a highly prestigious project that is going to be on going for the next 10 years. This project will involve between 800-6000 new build houses across East Anglia - starting in Attleborough - over the next 10 years and working with a large number of housing developers and contractors.

This role will involve working alongside the clients and delivering service packages to the sites and handing them over to the developers ready to start with utilities/infrastructure/roads/sewers in place and ready for the build to commence. You will be working alongside Local authorities, the Environment Agency, Highways England and the client themselves to ensure each stage of the project is delivered on time and to budget.

Ideally you will have a background in residential projects, a knowledge of infrastructure (highways/roads/bridges/railways) and have experience dealing with different types of professional bodies. You might come from a project management or quantity surveying or engineering background but you will ideally be degree qualified OR have the relevant experience in the above.

Ideally you will be within commutable distance to Attleborough - with site visits required 1-2 times per week but the rest of your time will be spent remotely. There are a large number of new projects coming up in the next 12-18 months across MOD projects - so if you have MOD experience this could also be an advantage.
