Fit out Project Manager opportunity working across south east England

Your new company

They also have a strong culture for training and development. As an example you will be given support to gain your APM qualification within the first 12 months of joining the business.

Your new role
As the Project Manager you will work in a fast paced environment managing a variety of consecutive fit out projects across south east England. These projects are likely to include healthcare and education fit outs from a modular building. Due to the nature of the modular build time, you will deal with multiple stakeholders to deliver projects with strict time scales. With the head office near Romford and various smaller offices across the region, you will balance your time between being on site, working from home and being in the office. This is an excellent opportunity if you are looking for a role whereby career progression is actively encouraged.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will be a driven project manager who is competent managing consecutive projects at differing stages. Experience within commercial fit out is beneficial, although not essential. Experience of managing contracts, working with stakeholders, document control and co-ordinating design and delivery is an advantage.
