Hays Property & Surveying has recently been retained by a leading UK Real Estate Advisor who are looking to strengthen their already incredibly successful property & asset management department. Due to recent client wins and new property management mandates this profitable partnership and looking to expand and grow their UK business.

Your new role
Associate Partner / Partner - Property Management Department
MRICS Qualifications - Essential
This is a permanent job opportunity at a senior leadership level within the Property Management Department. This role has been designed to deputise for the leading departmental partner, you will manage a sub-team of property managers who are responsible for a large nation-wide commercial office portfolio made up of trophy buildings.
Key responsibilities:
- Regular property inspections & client meetings
- Managing key lease events, strategic advisory and working with the in-house asset managers
- Assist with on-boarding of new buildings
- Analyse and execute portfolio business plans
- Team management & development
- Client liaison and development
What you'll need to succeed
- MRICS Qualifications - Essential
- 5-10 Years Property Management Experience
- Team leadership and management experience
- Strategic awareness, business acumen and client engagement experience
- Horizon property management experience - preferable
