This public sector organisation based in South West London are currently looking to recruit a Partnerships Contract Manager to join their Asset Management team to provide strategic management of all their contracts, primarily dealing with the housing maintenance contracts.
The organisation has a fully flexible approach to work which incorporates working from home with the occasional need to visit the office / site as and when required.

Your new role
As the successful candidate you will lead the strategic contract management of all maintenance contracts across the Property & Building Services directorate specifically the residential contracts.
You will establish, implement, and manage contract management and administration framework and governance processes and procedures across the directorate and support the procurement and tendering of contracts.
You will lead the development and management of external partnerships with developers, service providers, external advisers, and consultants for the department.
As part of the job it will be your responsibility to be the "bridge" between the organisation and their respective contractor partnerships. You will help manage relationships between the client and the contractors.

What you'll need to succeed
Having public sector experience in the housing maintenance environment is highly desirable. You will need to demonstrate your experience of managing contractors, internal and external stakeholders and resident organisations. It is essential that you have an excellent understanding of how tenders and specifications are awarded and have a track record of managing and improving KPI's.
You will also need to show your aptitude in building and maintaining long standing professional relationships.
A good understanding of Microsoft Office software's is essential.
