Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor Major Main Contractor in Nottinghamshire Outside IR35

Your new company
Our client is a major commercial main contractor based in Nottinghamshire.
They have a growing order book, working on new build schools and student accommodation projects.
Project values range from £7 million to £12 million.
This is a office based role with occasional site visits.


Your new role
Senior QS role, reporting to a commercial manager.
Full QS responsibility including cost reporting and valuations on a busy live project.
This role will take projects through from start to finish.
This is an ongoing, long term role.

What you'll need to succeed
A strong main contractor background
Experience operating at Project QS or Senior QS level
Project experience in the education or commercial sectors.
Large value project experience
Ability to work on own direction
