Your new role
In the role of the Graduate Building Surveyor, you will be performing the following duties; surveys, appraisals, preparation and management of projects, schedules of condition and dilapidations, maintenance plans, investigation of defects and other matters related to the project and review operations arising from the acquisition, occupation, alteration, and development of the buildings. Preparation of AutoCAD drawings, handle tasks delegated by the department to maintain/improve/develop professional standards. Report, in conjunction with qualified staff, to clients to ensure they're fully updated at each stage. Continue private study to support day to day work and geared to qualification as full member of RICS.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role you will need to have the following qualifications, skills, and experience; a degree in Building Surveying (accredited by RICS), some experience in a professional surveying practice, computer literate; the ability to converse with a diverse range of people at all levels, attention to detail and a methodical approach to work and ability to negotiate and manage Client expectations.

What you'll get in return
