This is an exciting opportunity to join an established company to help deliver major capital projects

Your new role

Acting on behalf of the client the main purpose of the role is to provide project management services for current major capital projects
Duties will include but not be limited to reporting on project costs, monitor and report on project programmes and cost profiles, prepare and submit monthly project review reports for stakeholders and weekly progress monitoring for director of operations. Ensure that critical milestones are achieved by planning and prioritising workload effectively and report any variances.
Develop, implement and monitor good management practices with regards to the design, delivery and construction of the projects including relevant procurement and h&s processes and procedures.
You will ensure that the project is delivered on time, budget and that quality specifications are met through monitoring of activities of partners and contractors


What you'll need to succeed

Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline you will also need to have a demonstrable track record in delivering multi-million pound complex construction projects and also have MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA or CIBSE membership
