Development Manager

This is a fantastic Development Manager opportunity with a creative and fast paced boutique Developer.

The company have predominantly been involved in hotel and residential schemes but are increasingly expanding into alternative residential concepts and are becoming a leading developer in asset classes including Student Accommodation, Build to Rent and co-living. This is a hugely exciting time to be joining them as they secure significant new funding to further catapult their growth.

This role will be based in central London and  is to be responsible for managing multiple development projects from inception through to construction start, leading the planning process and assembling the project team.
In addition, you will take responsibility for appraisal performance for development projects including during the construction phase in accordance with profitability and programme objectives.

Successful candidates with ideally have alternative residential development experience. Student Accommodation, BTR and co-living would be highly beneficial but experience of significant sized residential schemes will also be of real  interest.
