Electrical Estimator - Nottinghamshire based building services contractor - £43-49k salary

Your new company
A Nottinghamshire based building services contractor are looking to appoint an Electrical Estimator to join their small estimating department.

The company offers a design & build service working on a variety of electrical install and refurbishment projects including CAT A / CAT B fit-out projects with values ranging from £100k to £7million.

The company offers an excellent working environment and the team regularly socialise outside working hours.

Your new role

You will be responsible for creating electrical tenders for mainly commercial sector projects ranging from £100k to £7million in value. You will attend client meetings, take project specifications, create tender documents, perform take offs from drawings, carry out project design where necessary, calculate labour costs, obtain the best price from suppliers / wholesalers.

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 3-5 years experience as an Electrical Estimator
• Experience tendering for project up to £1million
• Design experience would be beneficial
• Experience with estimating software such as Cypher
