Site Manager New Build Apartments in Nottingham 9 months - OUTSIDE IR35

Your new company
Our client is local small main contractor - working on a new build luxury apartment block in Nottingham.
The project is already started (brickwork up to roof) - and the require a site manager to take the project to completion - in Feb/March 2022.
This role is Outside IR35 -so Ltd Company freelancers are welcome to apply. Along with PAYE and CIS pay options.

Your new role
You will be the Number 1 site manager, responsible for managing the H&S, programme of works and sub contractors on site.
You will report to the contracts manager.

What you'll need to succeed
You will come from a commercial construction background, ideally having worked on apartment blocks, from start to finish.
SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS essential


What you'll get in return
