Development Monitoring Surveyor – Technical Partner
London / Flexible working

This leading independent firm of Development & Built Asset consultants have an opportunity for an experienced Development Monitoring Surveyor at Technical Partner level to deliver monitoring services to their enviable client list.
You will ideally have experience in Technical Due Diligence, project delivery and monitoring large development projects for fund clients, with extensive knowledge of the development process and project risks in order to manage and protect the interests of funders and lenders whilst driving successful developments.
This role provides an opportunity to work on high profile and landmark commercial real estate. Clients are significant institutional equity investors and a mix of lenders (including institutional debt funds, corporate and clearing Banks and alternative lenders), and sectors include PRS, BTR, super prime resi, retail, industrial, education, student accommodation, resi, healthcare, leisure and hotels.
