Materials buyer Construction Main Contractor in Shrewsbury Temp to Perm!

Your new company
Our client is a medium sized commercial construction main contractor.
They are a growing business with current projects, such as new car dealerships, schools and retail units.

Your new role
The have an opportunity to their team in Head Office in Shrewsbury.
You will be the materials buyer - working closely with the Quantity Surveyors, to ensure that their sites have the correct levels of materials , at the right time, the correct amount and at the best possible price.
The role will include some basic "take off" from drawings, so experience of this will be advantageous.

What you'll need to succeed
Experience as a buyer for another construction company.
You will be local to Shrewsbury
Knowledge of key materials trade businesses in the area.
