Qs/Commercial Lead - RC frame and Groundwork's, overseeing multiple Frames across SE London £Competitive

A Successful and steadily expanding Frames and Groundwork's Contractor now seek an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Commercial lead to oversee the commercial management of the business, working on Frames of up-to 10 storeys works are focused in the South London area with approx 4 projects on site at any one time. Working within a small but stable team there is a genuine opportunity to progress over time plus a guaranteed workload in the coming years due to several exclusive contract agreements.

Your new role
You will be responsible for both pricing and Surveying activities within the business working on secured contracts only. You will be expected to build up a cost price for both frames and occasionally groundwork's packages and once on site oversee the Surveying duties such as monthly payments, agreeing variations, final accounts etc. You will be part of a small senior team but have the opportunity to manage your own workload accordingly working within your preferred processes.

What you'll need to succeed
A strong commercial background within a groundwork or frames contractor is highly desirable, Main contractor backgrounds will also be considered. You will be a competent QS with experience of pricing jobs/building up costs from specs. You will be looking for a permanent role and happy commuting to the greater Bromley area.
