Your new company
Due to increased workload a national PLC house builder are seeking a permanent Site Manager to join their construction team. The role is based out of their Nottinghamshire office and will cover the East Midlands.
Your new role
You will report to the Construction Director and roaming Contracts Manager. The role will involve, managing the programme to budget; Health & Safety; Achieving high standards of customer care, including quality control. You will oversee contractors and sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure that high quality work meets the required standard. In addition to carrying out inspections and organising all labour and construction materials, you will need to liaise closely with customers to ensure the build meets strict deadlines.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have an up to date CSCS and SMSTS and a full UK current driving licence. You will have a strong background of working for PLC house builders on a permanent basis.
