M&E Supervisor

Temp to perm opportunity for maintenance/ M&E supervisor to work in Greater Manchester.

Your new company
A large contractor with a facilities management team of over 1000. They work with public and private sector clients, including schools, hospitals, manufacturing facilities. They currently have a large scheme of delivering maintenance and FM to schools which you will be a part of.

Your new role
In this role you will manage engineers that will deliver M&E maintenance on site, you will make sure all the work is carried out to the correct standard and within the H&S guidelines. This is a hands on role where you will also be involved in delivering the maintenance as well.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a HND/HNC in electrical or mechanical engineering with previous experience working as maintenance or M&E supervisor.
You will predominantly work on schools and therefore you must have an enhanced DBS check.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a competitive salary pro-rata for the 6-9 month contract with a potential of your role turning permanent. This is a secure role as you will be working on a confirmed scheme.
