If you've been on the lookout for a role with a developer, you'll realise by now how rare they are. Especially at this level.

One of the busiest and brightest commercial developers in the regions is looking for a Project Manager to join their team. Coming from a Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying or Engineering background, you'd be joining the busy delivery team on a number of high-end projects across the Midlands. Looking after builds in the residential, retail, industrial and commercial spaces, you'll work alongside the development team from the beginning, finding the land and getting planning sorted, all the way through to project completion and handover.

You'll likely have at least 5 years of post-graduate experience at a consultancy as either a Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor, Building Surveyor or Engineer; and if you're looking to move client side where the bonuses are big and the potential is even bigger, then you should get in touch with Ed Collins on 0161 607 5084 or apply to this advert for more information.
