Macdonald & Company are proud to announce we have partnered exclusively with a boutique real estate practice and development consultancy with a nationwide reach who transact in a niche, yet rapidly ascending asset class of serviced apartments. Our client is looking for a Block Lettings Manager to work from the new offices in based in Central London and offering up to £35,000 plus a generous commission scheme and exponential career and development growth. 

If you are an experienced and established Lettings Manager or alternatively an aspiring Senior Negotiator, Valuer, Lister that wishes to take the next step of running their own desk from either commercial or residential real estate markets- we are very interested in talking with you! The role will involve liaising with clients, relocation agents, applicants and operators in order to lease multi-unit residential and serviced apartment properties. The successful candidate will pride themselves on providing excellent customer and client service in order to maintain high levels of commission.

Some of the main responsibilities include:

- Registering applicants for the purpose of letting/leasing residential property/serviced apartments for long term leases or management contracts
- Prospecting for new business and meeting with prospective clients (telephone / video / in-person meetings)
- Create lettings income models and operational management models for owners
- Negotiating letters of Intent/Heads of Terms and present offers to clients and liaising with solicitors to successful exchange of contracts
- Nurturing relationships vertically within the Serviced Apartment, Apart-Hotel and emerging Co-Living sector while fostering relationships with competitor agents, consultants, search & land agents and property finders etc

Our client is looking for:

- Minimum of three years` lettings experience with a geographical knowledge of London and key UK business cities
- Conversant with both tenancy agreement terminology and property jargon with an acute awareness of Anti-Money Laundering/Know Your Client procedures
- Smart appearance and professional approach is essential with excellent inter-personal skills
- Customer focussed with a commitment to maintaining excellent customer service standards at all times
- Thorough understanding and knowledge of lettings tenancies and property law
- Self-motivated and well organised with a proactive and positive attitude
- Someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who is detail oriented and a shrewd negotiator
