Quantity Surveyor – Health Sector Lead
Leeds
An experienced Quantity Surveyor is required by a leading construction & property consultancy to front their Health Sector Cost Management business in Leeds.
MRICS you have broad, in-depth cost management experience of delivering Healthcare Projects utilising the NEC3/4 Forms of Contract and of Healthcare Business Case Approvals Process and Costing (PID/SOC/OBC/FBC), including completion of Cost Forms as well as knowledge and use of Healthcare Premises Cost Guide (HPCG), Health Building Notes (HBN) and Health Technical Memoranda (HTM).
