Senior Development Manager

We are looking for a development manager who is able to lead the complex planning process for residential central London development. The Development Manager will join a team of three senior development managers, working in partnership with the land and delivery team to ensure the successful development of residential projects in central London. Projects vary in size, but schemes are typically 50 - 250 residential units including high rise tower(s) within London Boroughs.

The role will be  very front end focused, especially on the planning, design and early stages of procurement, supported by a technical project manager for delivery. The key skills are planning, commercial acumen and development value-add. You will be able to demonstrate developments where you have taken a scheme to planning committee. If you have worked closely with land acquisition either directly or alongside of land teams this will be highly beneficial.
