Our client, a Housing Association in the Scottish Borders region, are looking to add an experienced Housing Officer to their team for an initial period of 6 months.
Your new role
With the fantastic ability to work from home (when not on visits to tenants), your new role will be focused around providing first class Housing Officer support within a friendly team - with a great initial contract length. Your duties will encompass the full range of a generic HO remit, including but not limited to; allocations, void management, estate management, tenancy and rent arrears.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will come from a housing management background, having either worked in a Housing Officer role for a housing association or local authority before. Although you will have the luxury of working from a home base, you will need to also be flexible in terms of being able to travel down to the borders where applicable for scheduled HO appointments.
