Senior Housing Development Manager - Permanent role delivering complex schemes across the South West

Your new role
You'll have an opportunity to take ownership and responsibility for delivering a significant and diverse housing led programme consisting of various schemes located across the south west region. You'll help to achieve delivery of RIBA stages 4 - 7 of development programmes, ensuring value for money is considered at every opportunity. You'll need to ensure your team of project managers comply with fire safety and other aspects of health & safety whilst providing consistent advice and guidance at all stages.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this position you'll need to be an excellent communicator, negotiator, and a natural at managing people. You'll need to have proven experience of working within development or regeneration project teams to deliver housing projects.

In return you will receive a starting salary of £61,363 rising to £64,593 after one year service.
