Project Manager (Civils)

Experienced Civils Project Manager required for Civil Engineering Contractor in the North West

Working for an exciting and developing Civil Engineering Contractor based in the North West, we are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join their expanding team

Your new role
Reporting into the Senior Leadership team, this is a high profile role within the organisation and will be key to the continued growth of this progressive business

Managing multiple sites and a team of 3 to 4 Site Management teams, you will come from an established Civil Engineering background and be an experienced PM, or someone who has just stepped into a Contracts Manager position

Typical project values are between 100k to 2m, and typical projects incl: Highway works, Drainage, General Groundworks and External works. They largely operate as a Civils Subcontractor, and work with multiple Tier 1 Principle Contractors

What you'll need to succeed
You'll need to be a proven leader, with proven project management experience working in a similar role previously

You'll need excellent contractual knowledge (NEC & JCT), and be commercially adept with a strong management style. You'll demonstrate disciplined leadership behaviours, and drive autonomy with a strong work ethic


What you'll get in return
In return, you'll be offered a generous salary of between 55,000-70,000 (DOE), plus car / car allowance and benefits package, incl pension
