Building Surveyor - Exeter (Hybrid Working)

Permanent opportunity for a Building Surveyor to join a local yet leading technical constriction practice

Your new company
You will be working for a professionally credited firm of building consultants, a 'Building Top 150' consultancy offering a multidisciplinary, integrated, and fully coordinated professional service. Joining will give you an opportunity to work across a wide range of clients, including large public sector agencies, and within social housing.

Your new role
You will take ownership of building projects valued between £500K and £2million, mainly refurbishments, building alterations and other improvements. Your role won't stop there, you'll also take a lead in a range of other responsibilities including client management, design and build administration, preparation of tender packages and leading with junior members of the team.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role you'll need to be a chartered member of the royal institute of chartered surveyors, you may be experienced, or could have one or two years post qualified experience. You may want to take a 'step up' in your career, and will be driven to succeed and progress!

What you'll get in return
In return you'll receive a basic salary of between £35,000 - £40,000, which will be offered in line with your experience. Professional membership fees are covered, and you'll receive up to 27 days per year annual leave. There are company pension options and a wide range of other employee benefits available.
