Technical Manager with a housing asset / maintenance background - Long term role with a provider of housing

Your new role
Your role will involve the day to day operational management of a team of Area Technical Surveyors, who are tasked with delivering resolution of day to day repairs, as well as assisting with the delivery of planned programmes of works. You will provide technical expertise in the resolution of defects and the production of planned works schedules,. Further to this, your role will involve hands-on and end-to-end project management, as well as post-completion of signed-off works.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role you will need to have excellent leadership skills, be customer focused in approach, and have a background in housing assets or maintenance whilst also holding a relevant construction related qualification.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive an initial 12 month contract which is likely to extend beyond this point, and may progress into a permanent position. Further to this, you'll receive a competitive rate of pay, processed weekly in accordance with hours worked each week.
