Quantity Surveyor - Housing - Northamptonshire / Leicestershire
A well known family run housing developer based in Northamptonshire are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their business due to an increase in workload and the need to add commercial value to the existing business. This developer focus on high quality bespoke developments across the East Midlands and they carry out a range of conversion projects of old factories/warehouse buildings into high end apartments.
Ideally they are looking for someone who has a strong background in residential projects across both developer and contracting experience and across volume housing as well as bespoke residential developments. You will have experience as a QS/Senior QS and be able to work self sufficiently across a number of developments. This would be an office based role with site visits and you would be working within an established business.
This role will also involve working alongside the MD of the business in order to help with the smooth running of a number of different businesses, looking after some of the technical aspects of the business as well as potentially helping with the management of their large property portfolio - so someone who has a wide range of experience would also suit this role.
