Mechanical Contracts Manager for air-conditioning projects , temp or perm contracts available.

Your new company

A medium sized well respected mechanical contractor are looking to hire 2 Mechanical Contract Managers to join the team. There is investment in growing the team. The roles are available on either a temporary or permanent basis.

Your new role

• A/C Biased position
• 6 months or long term perm
• You will be running up to 7 projects at once and typically will be no more than 50K per project.

Focused on Air-conditioning and ventilation projects , you will have experience of Split systems and VRV's. Overseeing the full project installation from project win phase to client handover.
Project Management
Financial management of own projects

Mechanical biased building services qualifications or experience.
