Your new company
This organisation has a mixture of education buildings and student accommodation with a number of exciting new projects in the pipeline. They are looking for an experienced Building Surveyor to join the estates team.

Your new role
You will be managing small projects, creating lifecycle programs, carrying out condition surveys, writing tenders and managing contracts. You will work closely with the Head of Service, Project Manager and Estates Manager ensuring everyone is kept up to date of works. You will monitor data on the CAFM system making sure it is accurate. You will also create drawings on AutoCAD.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have completed a Building Surveying degree, ideally with MRICS or AutoCAD training. You will have worked with accommodation and ideally within education establishments. This role requires someone who is flexible and an excellent communicator.
