Your new company
Your new company, a public sector organisation based in Crewe require an Estates Project Manager on a temporary basis.
Your new role
Your new role as Estates Project Manager will require you to oversee multiple construction projects including new build and refurbishments. You will design, procure, contract manage/administrate and deliver each project from inception to completion.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will need a background in Building Surveying and ideally have the ability to use AutoCAD.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a 3-6 month contract which will either be extended or go permanent for the right candidate.
