Reactive Maintenance Surveyor

Building Surveyor (Temporary), Immediate Start, Cardiff, Social Housing, £21 per hour, 37 hours per week


Your new organisation
Your new organisation are a Social Housing provider based in South Wales who are in need of a temporary Surveyor to join their Reactive Maintenance team.

Your new role
You will be working on Reactive Maintenance issues, undertaking a Survey of the residential properties and raising orders, there is an in house DLO of circa 30 trades who will then action the maintenance changes.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need experience in Reactive Maintenance Surveying ideally within a Social Housing environment, customer facing skills, access to your own vehicle.

What you'll get in return
Flexible working - laptop and IT equipment will be issued to work from home or from the office depending on preference. £21 per hour, 37 hours per week, immediate start, 3 months+ work (sickness cover so could be extended)
