Your new company
This listed property has extensive grounds and swimming pool with some exciting plans in the pipeline. They are looking for a new Estates Manager to join the team this summer due to the existing candidate retiring.
Your new role
You will be managing an in house team which consists of grounds, housekeeping and night porters. You will oversee refurbishment projects, manage all maintenance works, monitor health and safety and control the annual budget. This role will also require you to work closely with the operations and sales teams to plan for events and work around guests.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Facilities or Estates Manager who has worked with listed or heritage property. You will have excellent knowledge of projects, health and safety and maintenance repairs. Ideally you will have completed IOSH or NEBOSH training. You will also have people management experience, ensuring you get the best out of the team.
