Working for a Maintenance and FM provider to the MOD. You will be based on RAF Waddington/ cranwell and so this role requires security clearance to BPSS level.


Project Manager - Re-roofing of Hangar and new build classrooms


We are looking for a PM to manage a Hangar Roof Replacement (Estimated at £2.5m)

The main driver behind the dedicated PM resource is that there is a hard in service date of Feb 28th 2022 and subsequently we are going to need a real hands on approach to ensure our delivering contractors perform and ultimately achieve.
As such this contract term is until end Feb '22

What you'll need to succeed
A strong background in managing similar new build or refurbishment projects, ideally within a similar background ( NHS, Public Sector, MOD) . It is essential that you have strong IT skills and ideally are used to working via FM/ maintenance programming of work systems.( CAFM) You need to have a relevant qualification in a building trade or HNC or Degree in surveying or construction.

You will need to be manage and take total ownership of a problem and tackle things head on straight away in a confident manner.

The role is based on a RAF Base in Lincolnshire - just a few miles south of Lincoln.


What you'll get in return
£225 - £300 per day ( umbrella)inside IR 35.
You must be able and willing to pass a BPSS security check
