Construction Manager

Your new role

• Managing project and site managers for multiple projects
• Projects range from £1m to £10m typically with occasional projects in the £20m region
• Markets including office fit-out and refurb, warehouse new build, warehouse fit out, industrial units, and bespoke projects according to clients needs
• Being the link between head office and the sites
• Ensuring projects plans are being delivered on time
• Working with commercial teams to ensure projects are delivered to budget

What you'll need to succeed

• Track record as a construction manager, contracts manager, or project manager
• Warehouse, industrial unit, and fit-out experience is highly desirable
• Requisite qualifications including SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid etc.
• Strong and clear communication skills
• Ability to influence stakeholders
• Solid civils experience is beneficial due to the new build element to the project portfolio
