As a Technical Building Surveyor you will play an integral and critical role in helping to achieve this mission statement, improving homes for over 35,000 people living in the region.

Your new role
You'll join the assets and projects team as a lead in Building Surveying and Asset Management within the team. This role will see you lead on a number of critical works including home refurbishments, new windows, doors and roofing, energy improvement and compliance works. You will help to use property data in order to produce programmes of works, before creating specifications, running tender exercises and liaising with consultants in order to help progress projects into delivery phase.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this position you will need to have prior experience as a Building Surveyor in a role which involves the delivery of projects or programmes of works. You'll need to have experience creating specifications and schedules of works, and an ability to manage contracts effectively providing value for money and ensuring of the highest possible standard.
