Your new role

Commercial Property Manager

This is a unique opportunity for a professional MRICS commercial property management surveyor to join a growing team managing a diverse property portfolio. The role is designed for an experienced management surveyor who has the ability to manage tenant enquiries, lease events, service charges, rent collections, day to day management and health & Safety programmes.

The role will require regular site visits, tenant meetings stakeholder reporting and a collaborative style of working when liaising with leasing teams and asset management teams.

What you'll need to succeed

MRICS - Desirable

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of managing a large volumes of commercial assets with technical skills within service charge, tenant management, asset management, lease advisory and day to day reactive management.
