Site Manager - Fitout

Large Retail Fitout in East Lothian requires Site Manager for 16 weeks.

Growing Construction business seeks experienced construction site manager to deliver busy fitout on existing building for national supermarket company in East Lothian.


Your new role
As Site Manager reporting to the construction director you will be responsible for ensuring operations onsite run smoothly in line with programme and company quality and safety expectations.You will working with a team of experienced and professional subcontractors who have done multiple projects similar to this one so your role will be very much coordination, organisation and management.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will be from a fitout and refurbishment background and who has completed multiple large retail fitouts previously. You will have a current black card and SMSTS and have an up to date first aid course done. Our client are seeking the services of a professional and well organised construction site manager and you must be able to use project management and construction management software to assist you in the delivery of the project.
