Principal Architect

Your new company
An exciting and dynamic AJ100 Architectural Practice focused on delivering Industrial and Logistics projects based in Birmingham.

Your new role
As a Principal Architect you will be working with senior leaders of the business you will be responsible for the design and delivery of Logistics projects received from the Precontracts team and taking them to completion.
Working closely with teams of technicians, you will be attending site meetings,and ensuring accurate drawing work is produced to project deadlines.
You will have an eye for the creative design and have the experience to persuade contractors to stick to the design brief.

What you'll need to succeed
This practice are looking to appoint a qualified architect with 8+ years' experience post part III, competent Revit skills are essential.
You will have regular job running experience (ideally on large scale projects) as well as superb verbal and written communication skills.
