Development Manager
London / South / South East
A Development Manager with expertise in the delivery of the wide range of issues related to deliverable planning applications for residential development, brownfield site regeneration and associated infrastructure is required by this leading construction & property consultant. Most of their projects are based around the South East of England and they operate flexible working.
You will have a solid understanding of the interface between design and all other development workstreams and the ability to effectively direct and coordinate the activities of the parties to a full project team. Experience in the field of master programming and project control assessment / reporting would be beneficial.
Must be degree educated or equivalent and MRICS.
