A well known housing developer based in the East Midlands are looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join their business and ideally they are keen to find someone who is based in or happy to travel to the Leicestershire area as this is where a large number of their sites/staffing requirements are going to be for 2021/22. This developer pride themselves on high quality homes and work across the whole of the UK.

You must already have experience working on new build housing projects and have the ability to work using your own initiative and professionalism whilst liaising with other colleagues/clients and tradesmen on site. You must have excellent attention to detail, take pride in your work and be keen to join a business that is growing and expanding into the second half of 2021.
